• We won't "shot gun" paper. Each resume sent to a client is a result of our having done an appropriate and exhaustive search for the best qualified candidate we can find to match the client requirements.
• We make every effort in working with the "hiring manager" on any given search. That may involve such items as assisting in setting up interviews to performing reference checks.
• We are candid with our clients. If we are having a problem with a search, we will let you know. If we receive any feedback relative to the client or position, we will let you know it.
