Cindy Fletcher, President & Founder
Cindy has over 20 years experience in the recruiting industry. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, she accepted her first recruiting assignment in Irvine, California, in 1988 at Cory Associates. She was the top recruiter for twelve of her fourteen years and was promoted to management in 1991.
Cindy is a California Accredited Consultant and a member of the National Association of Personnel Services and California Staffing Professionals. In 2000 Cindy was accepted into the Pinnacle Society, the Premier Consortium of 75 Industry-Leading Recruiters in North America. The Pinnacle Society is dedicated to the theme of excellence in recruiting; members of The Pinnacle Society are committed to an honest, ethical style of doing business and share a desire to raise, on a global level, the standards of the profession.
Marty Fletcher, Vice President & Co-Founder
Marty brings over 20 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management in the Enterprise Software, Hardware, and Networking markets. His resume includes a consistent, successful track record as a both an individual contributor and manager at Hewlett Packard, Critical Path and Hughes Network Systems.
Originally an East Coast native, Marty attended the University of Maryland, School of Engineering before moving to the West Coast. Now located in Carlsbad, California, he is the co-founder and vice president of Strategic Search Solutions, Inc.
Sara Finley, Sales Operations Manager
Sara joined Strategic Search Solutions as Office Manager and Research Assistant in 2005. Her role within the organization is at the core of the company’s staff, handling human resources, accounting, and business services. She is instrumental in the day-to-day operations.
In addition to her back-office duties, she is also responsible for assisting in the development of the search roadmap for the majority of our search projects, overseeing all of the database activity, original sourcing and use of the Web tools.
Sara’s strength is her unique ability to keep everyone organized. She can juggle several projects at a time and still have a moment to help an employee through a difficult situation. Her position requires high-level confidentiality, a quality valued by her peers.
