Our client is a leading Mobility and Data Analytics company that provides a solution leveraging Predictive Analytics and Driver Insights to help help Retail, Hospitality and QSR verticals to predict customer behavior and personalize the customer experience. Established in 2016, they operate as a $250M wholly owned and independent subsidiary of a $50B global Insurance leader.

We are currently interviewing accomplished Account Execs with a track record of success selling Data, Data Analytics, or Mobile Intelligence solutions to large organizations, ideally in the Retail, Hospitality or QSR verticals.

  •  7+ years recent experience selling Data, Data Analytics or Mobile Intelligence solutions
  •  Large Enterprise / Complex Sales experience
  •  Able to thrive in a startup environment
  •  Stable work history | Track record of over-quota attainment | Polished, professional presentation skills
  •  Strong prospecting and business development skills and mindset

THE ROLE:

  • Position: Regional Sales Manager | Individual Contributor | Account Executive
  • Quota: ~ $1.1M | Avg Deal Size (“Land” / initial booking): $150k – $250k
  • Comp Plan: $140k – $160k Base Salary / 2x OTE

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 – 20 years recent experience selling software or SaaS solutions to enterprise is required
  • Recent experience selling Cybersecurity solutions required
  • Recent experience working in a startup environment is ideal
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six and seven figure software licensing deals
  • Track record of over-quota attainment
  • Stable work history – with at least one 3 year stint within last 8 years. Exceptions due to mergers, layoffs and other events beyond the individuals control
  • Focus on net new as opposed to renewals, not overly reliant on being fed leads
